Nairobi to Masai Mara
Your adventure begins in Nairobi, where you’ll be picked up and driven toward the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, pause at the breathtaking Great Rift Valley for scenic views and photo opportunities, then continue through Narok town for a short refreshment or shopping stop.
Arrive at your camp in time for lunch, relax briefly, and then set out on your first thrilling game drive. Keep your eyes open for the iconic Big Five roaming the plains. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and your first night in the wild.
Start your day early with a sunrise game drive when wildlife is most active. For a truly unforgettable experience, you may opt for a hot air balloon safari over the Mara plains.
Later, journey toward the Mara River, a key crossing point during the Great Migration (seasonal). Spend the day exploring different areas of the reserve, encountering cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and vast herds of zebras and wildebeest.
Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your adventure. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
After breakfast, depart the Mara and travel toward the Isebania border, where you’ll cross from Kenya into Tanzania. After completing immigration formalities, meet your Tanzanian guide and proceed into the legendary Serengeti National Park.
Enjoy a scenic en-route game drive as you head to Seronera Campsite. Arrive in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay beneath the vast Serengeti sky.
Spend the morning exploring the Serengeti’s unique rock formations known as kopjes, often home to prides of lions and other predators. Depending on the time of year, you may witness the dramatic Great Migration in action.
After lunch, continue your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Settle in at Simba Campsite, where you can unwind with dinner, a campfire, and a peaceful night.
Today is dedicated to discovering more of the Serengeti’s endless plains. Watch as large herds of wildebeest and zebras move across the landscape, closely followed by predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
Pause for a picnic lunch surrounded by nature, then continue your game drive into the late afternoon. Return to Seronera Campsite for dinner and a well-deserved rest.
On your final day, descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, a natural haven teeming with wildlife. This unique ecosystem offers a chance to spot rare black rhinos, along with lions, elephants, and a variety of other species.
After a picnic lunch, ascend the crater and drive to Arusha, marking the end of your safari. Check in at Charity Hotel and relax after an incredible journey.
